About FOCUSADS.si
What is FOCUSADS.si? FOCUSADS.si is an advertising decision and delivery service for businesses. It decides where your advertising budget should go in each market, runs the plan in ad accounts you own and reports results from your own systems. It is a product of THEFOCUS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.
Who is FOCUSADS for? Businesses that spend, or plan to spend, from a few thousand pounds a month on advertising and want each pound tied to a business outcome. Typical clients are online retailers, service businesses that need qualified leads or bookings, B2B companies building pipeline and brands advertising in several countries.
Is FOCUSADS an agency or software? Both, by design. FOCUSADS Superintelligence makes the media decision; strategists and a delivery team run it with you. You can run campaigns yourself with our plan (Self-Service), have us check decisions before money moves (Co-Pilot) or have us operate the whole programme (Managed Growth and above).
How is FOCUSADS different from a traditional media agency? The plan starts from your economics and your market, not from the channels an agency happens to buy. Your accounts, payments and data stay with you, the fee is separate from media, every decision is logged with its reason, and you can end the service at any time without an exit fee.
Where is FOCUSADS based? THEFOCUS LTD is registered in England and Wales (company number 14154101), and United Kingdom law governs our contracts. We plan and deliver campaigns in 30 markets across Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and the Americas.
Which markets does FOCUSADS serve? Thirty: the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Poland, the Czech Republic, Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
Do you work in mainland China? Yes. In mainland China plans run on local platforms such as Baidu, Tencent, Ocean Engine (Douyin), Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu, Alimama and JD, because Google, Meta and most Western platforms are restricted there. China’s Personal Information Protection Law applies to data from that market.
Can I contact you by email or phone? Every enquiry goes through the contact form, so it reaches the right specialist with the details they need. We do not publish an email address or phone number. Clients also get ticket support in their dashboard.
FOCUSADS Superintelligence and the method
What is FOCUSADS Superintelligence? FOCUSADS Superintelligence is our advertising decision system. It re-evaluates the media in every market we serve each day against your economics and your buyer, removes options that cannot work, funds the ones that can learn at your budget, and a strategist reviews every plan before it becomes a written quote.
Does "Superintelligence" mean artificial general intelligence? No. It is the name of our decision system for advertising: market intelligence, buyer and economics modelling, a decision engine, a delivery integration and human governance. It makes no claim beyond advertising decisions.
How does FOCUSADS decide which channels to use? Every option first has to clear hard gates: availability in your country, category policy, budget viability, readiness and team capacity. What remains is ranked on six signal families (market reality, buyer fit, economics, execution readiness, evidence quality and risk) and funded by role: primary, supporting or test.
Why don’t you publish the scoring weights? Because the way the signals are weighed and combined is the product, and it is tuned continuously. Clients see the full reasoning for their own plan, including every exclusion and assumption; the recipe itself stays private.
How often are plans re-evaluated? Every day. Market facts that are due are re-checked, active plans are re-ranked against today’s data and confirmed outcomes, and any proposed change waits for approval before it reaches your accounts.
Do local search engines and marketplaces really get budget? Yes. Verified local sellers compete for the same budget as Google and Meta on the same terms. In South Korea that usually means NAVER and Kakao, in Czechia Seznam, in China Baidu and Tencent, in Türkiye marketplaces such as Trendyol and Hepsiburada.
Can a person overrule the system? Yes. A strategist can change a recommendation with a written reason, which appears on your plan and in the decision log.
Is the plan a sales forecast? No. A plan is a decision about where to put the next budget and how to tell whether it worked. Results are measured after launch in your own systems.
Build Your Plan
What is Build Your Plan? Build Your Plan is the free planner on this site. You answer questions about your market, industry, buyer, goal, budget and setup, and it returns a media plan with funded channels, roles, monthly amounts, exclusions and every cost line.
Is Build Your Plan free? Yes. It costs nothing, needs no account and does not commit you to anything. If you want a strategist to review the plan, you can request that from the result page.
How long does the planner take? About six minutes for the full planner. The five questions on the homepage give a first allocation in under a minute.
Why do the options change as I answer? Each answer narrows the next question to choices that lead to a workable plan. A business-to-business manufacturer will not be offered retail retention goals, for example, and budgets below what a goal needs in your market are not offered.
What information do I need to have ready? Your markets, industry, goal and monthly media budget are enough to start. The plan gets sharper with the value of a sale or lead, your margin, your sales cycle, your tracking and CRM set-up and how many leads your team can follow up.
Do you store my planner answers? Your answers stay in your browser while you work. A plan you generate is stored against an anonymous session so you can return to it; we link it to you only if you ask for a review or create an account. See the privacy notice for retention.
Can I download the plan? Yes. Every generated plan can be downloaded as a PDF with the allocation, cost lines and exclusions.
Channels and media
Which advertising channels does FOCUSADS plan? Online and offline. Search engines, social and messaging platforms, retail media and marketplaces, classifieds, programmatic and premium publishers, connected TV and streaming, audio and podcasts, and offline media such as broadcast TV and radio, outdoor, transit and airport, cinema, print and direct mail.
How many advertising sellers do you track? More than a thousand sellers across our 30 markets. Each listing carries the page we checked and the date; only sellers verified on their own advertising pages enter plans.
Do you plan offline media such as TV, radio and outdoor? Yes. Offline media is booked with the broadcaster or media owner and measured with geo tests, holdouts and brand search, not with attribution we cannot defend.
Can FOCUSADS run retail media on Amazon and other marketplaces? Yes, where your products are listed. Plans include Amazon Ads and local marketplaces such as Allegro, Trendyol, Mercado Ads, Coupang and Noon when they fit your market and category.
Are you an official partner of Google, Meta or other platforms? Only where a page names the specific programme. Listing a platform on this site does not imply a partnership.
What if a channel is not available in my country? It is removed from your plan before ranking and the plan says why. Where a local seller does the same job, it is offered in its place.
Pricing and billing
How much does FOCUSADS cost? From US$290 a month for Self-Service, US$1,500 for Co-Pilot and US$3,500 for Managed Growth, plus a one-time setup fee. Enterprise Hybrid starts from US$9,000 a month and Signature from US$6,500. These are US dollar list prices. The pricing page shows each price in your market's currency, which is the amount you pay.
Is the media budget included in the fee? No. Media is paid by you directly to the platforms and publishers from your own payment method. FOCUSADS invoices only its service fee, setup and any add-ons you approve.
Is there a variable fee? Only on the larger models. Managed Growth adds 8% of approved monthly media above US$15,000, Signature 6% above US$20,000 and Enterprise Hybrid 5% above US$30,000. Below those thresholds the fee is flat.
Can I be charged more without approving it? No. Upgrades, add-ons and scope changes are shown as a proposal with the price and start date, and nothing is charged until you approve it.
Which currency do you invoice in? In the currency of your market, at the prices shown on this site, for example lira in Türkiye and euros in Germany. Your quote fixes the amount, and checkout charges exactly that amount.
Do your prices include VAT? Yes. Every FOCUSADS price includes VAT, and nothing is added at checkout. Taxes on media are charged by each platform on its own invoice.
Is there a minimum contract term? No, unless you choose one on your order form. Monthly packages run month to month.
How do I cancel? At any time, from Plan & Billing in your dashboard or through the contact form, with no notice period and no exit fee. The service runs to the end of the month you have already paid for.
Do you give refunds? Setup fees are refunded in full if you cancel before setup work starts, add-ons for work not yet started, and billing errors in full. Recurring fees for a month already started are not refunded unless we failed to provide the service that month.
Accounts, data and security
Who owns the advertising accounts? You do. Every ad account, pixel, audience and payment method stays in your company’s name. We work through access you grant and can remove at any time.
Do you need our passwords? No. We request access through each platform’s own permission system, such as a Google Ads manager link or Meta Business partner access. We never ask for passwords.
What happens if we remove your access? The FOCUSADS integration that feeds your campaigns in real time stops. Your campaigns keep running in your accounts on their current settings until you change or pause them, and your data stays where it is.
How is our data protected? Two-factor authentication is mandatory for every account, workspaces are isolated in code and again in the data layer, every sensitive action is logged, and the service runs distributed and encrypted across more than 125 countries.
Can other clients see our data or results? No. Each workspace is isolated and we test cross-tenant access automatically. We also never publish any client’s results.
Is FOCUSADS GDPR compliant? We process personal data under UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR, and offer a data processing addendum for client data. The privacy notice covers the EU, Swiss and other regional rules that apply in our markets.
Where is our data stored? On a distributed, encrypted network spanning more than 125 countries. Transfers outside the UK rely on recognised safeguards described in the privacy notice.
Results and reporting
Does FOCUSADS guarantee results? No. Nobody can honestly guarantee leads, sales or ROAS. We commit to a plan built on your economics, delivery against it, and reporting that shows what was measured and where it came from.
Why don’t you publish case studies? Because client results are confidential. They are evidence about a client’s business, and publishing them would hand that to competitors. You verify us in your own accounts instead, from the first month.
Where do the numbers in our dashboard come from? Spend and delivery come from your own ad platforms, recorded with date, currency and source. Leads and sales come from your CRM or order system. Platform-reported conversions and confirmed outcomes are shown separately, never merged.
How quickly will we see results? Search and shopping campaigns usually show reliable data within the first weeks; social, video and offline channels take longer. Each line in your plan has its own test window, set before launch.
How do you measure offline media? With geo tests, holdouts, brand-search lift, promo codes and QR codes where they fit. Each method has limits, and the report says which method was used.
How often do we get reports? Your dashboard updates as data arrives, and your strategist reviews the plan with you on a fixed cadence agreed in your order form.
Working with FOCUSADS
How do we get started? Build a plan, then request a strategist review or choose a model on the pricing page. After you sign, you get a workspace, a Client ID, access requests for your accounts and a first action plan.
How long does onboarding take? It depends on how ready your tracking, landing pages and creative are. Your launch checklist shows every remaining item and who owns it, so you can see the date move as items close.
What is a Client ID? A permanent reference for your organisation in the format XXX-XXX-XXXX. It links your support tickets, billing and reports. It is not a password and grants no access.
Is support included? Yes. Ticket support for service, billing and technical questions is included in every paid model. Optional calls are paid add-ons with the price shown before booking, and fixing anything we caused never needs a paid call.
Do you create ads and landing pages? Yes, as fixed-price add-ons, only where your plan shows a reason. Creative, landing pages, tracking and CRM work are quoted separately and approved before they start.
Can we work with you alongside our existing agency? Yes. Co-Pilot is designed for teams or agencies that keep running campaigns and want each decision checked before money moves.
Legal and compliance
Which law governs our contract? The law of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales. The service terms explain the mediation step before any court claim.
Do you sell to consumers? No. FOCUSADS sells only to businesses. If a contract is made with a consumer by mistake, we end it and refund fees for any period not yet delivered.
Do you advertise restricted categories? Only within each platform’s rules and the law of each market. Some categories, such as weapons, tobacco and adult content, are outside what we advertise; others, such as gambling, alcohol, health and financial services, need extra checks first.
How do you handle cookies and consent? Analytics and advertising cookies load only with consent, in line with PECR as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.
How do I make a complaint? Use the contact form and choose the complaints route. The complaints policy sets out timescales, escalation to a director and the external routes available to you.
