Plan, spend and work in one record

Marketing leads with budgets across several platforms usually have six dashboards and no single answer to “what did this month’s money buy?”. FOCUSADS links the approved plan, the media spend, the tasks on both sides and the result your CRM confirms, while every ad account stays in your company’s name.

The client overview

Every ad account, pixel, data set and creative stays registered to your company. FOCUSADS works through access you grant and can revoke, with the lowest permission level the work needs, and never asks for passwords.

Five parts, one record

Build Your Plan

You answer questions about your market, buyer, economics and setup. FOCUSADS Superintelligence, our decision system, evaluates every candidate channel against your market, buyer and economics, removes channels that cannot run for you (unavailable in your market, restricted for your category, below their workable minimum), decides whether you need a new landing page and which tracking is missing, and shows every cost line before you speak to anyone.

  • Role, budget and the reasons behind each line
  • Removed channels listed with the reason and an alternative
  • Media, service fee, setup and add-ons on separate lines

Client dashboard

Built to answer eight questions in thirty seconds: what you spent, what it produced, whether you are on target, how budget is pacing, what we need from you, what we are doing, the next milestone and where the latest report is. Detail stays in Google Ads or Meta, one click away.

  • Outcome-first overview by your goal
  • Every metric with its source, currency, time zone and date range
  • Links to the native platform dashboards you already own

OPS implementation

The FOCUSADS team works from a task list generated from your package, markets, industry, goal, channels and tracking needs. Each task has an owner, a due date, prerequisites, a standard procedure and the evidence that it was done. You see your side of the same list: what we need from you, and what we are doing.

  • One work list: your actions and ours
  • Client health score shown with its reasons
  • Budget pacing and reallocation reviews on a fixed schedule

Tracking and landing-page orchestration

A campaign learns from the conversion it is told to chase. If that conversion is a page view, it finds page viewers. GA4, tag management, platform tags, consent mode, server-side options and CRM outcome imports are planned and tested before spend starts, and a landing page is built or fixed only when the plan shows the existing one cannot carry the campaign.

  • Ready / Conditional / Blocked launch gate
  • CRM-qualified outcomes reported apart from platform conversions
  • Tracking and landing-page work priced before it starts

Executive reporting

The monthly report is written for the person who signs the budget: what was spent, what it produced against which target, what improved, what fell short, what we changed, who owes what and the plan for next month. PDF in your reporting currency and date format; English and Turkish today.

  • Executive summary first, detail after
  • Versioned and immutable once published
  • Metric definitions printed with the numbers

Three questions it answers

Each answer is a screen that exists today. Two you can open now; the third appears once you are a client.

  1. Where should the next budget go?

The plan scores every eligible channel for your market, goal and margin, lists what it excluded and why, and splits the media budget to the pound.

    Build your plan
  2. What did the money do last month?

The client dashboard shows spend against plan, outcomes your own systems confirmed and the cost of each, kept apart from what platforms report.

  3. What is waiting on whom?

Every task, from tracking fixes to creative approvals, has an owner, a due date and evidence. Nothing changes in your accounts without a recorded approval.

    How we prove it

Who it is for

Probably, if

  • Advertisers spending enough that moving 10% of the budget to the wrong channel costs real money
  • Teams who want results tied to CRM stages and revenue, not platform conversions
  • Brands selling in several markets that need one plan with each market’s media and rules written in

Probably not, if

  • Advertisers looking for a self-serve bid tool or an ad creative generator
  • Anyone expecting a promised ROAS, lead count or revenue figure. Nobody who has not seen your data can honestly give one.

What happens next

  1. Build your plan

Ten minutes of questions about your market, economics and current setup. You get channel Priority Scores, a landing-page and tracking decision, and every cost line before anyone talks to you.

  2. Strategist review

A FOCUSADS strategist checks the plan against your accounts and data, and flags anything the engine could not know.

  3. Agreement and access

You approve scope and fees. We request least-privilege access to your own ad accounts. You never share passwords.

  4. Launch with measurement

Tracking and landing pages are verified before media spend starts, so the first report measures business results.
