Build Your Plan
You answer questions about your market, buyer, economics and setup. FOCUSADS Superintelligence, our decision system, evaluates every candidate channel against your market, buyer and economics, removes channels that cannot run for you (unavailable in your market, restricted for your category, below their workable minimum), decides whether you need a new landing page and which tracking is missing, and shows every cost line before you speak to anyone.
- Role, budget and the reasons behind each line
- Removed channels listed with the reason and an alternative
- Media, service fee, setup and add-ons on separate lines
Client dashboard
Built to answer eight questions in thirty seconds: what you spent, what it produced, whether you are on target, how budget is pacing, what we need from you, what we are doing, the next milestone and where the latest report is. Detail stays in Google Ads or Meta, one click away.
- Outcome-first overview by your goal
- Every metric with its source, currency, time zone and date range
- Links to the native platform dashboards you already own
OPS implementation
The FOCUSADS team works from a task list generated from your package, markets, industry, goal, channels and tracking needs. Each task has an owner, a due date, prerequisites, a standard procedure and the evidence that it was done. You see your side of the same list: what we need from you, and what we are doing.
- One work list: your actions and ours
- Client health score shown with its reasons
- Budget pacing and reallocation reviews on a fixed schedule
Tracking and landing-page orchestration
A campaign learns from the conversion it is told to chase. If that conversion is a page view, it finds page viewers. GA4, tag management, platform tags, consent mode, server-side options and CRM outcome imports are planned and tested before spend starts, and a landing page is built or fixed only when the plan shows the existing one cannot carry the campaign.
- Ready / Conditional / Blocked launch gate
- CRM-qualified outcomes reported apart from platform conversions
- Tracking and landing-page work priced before it starts
Executive reporting
The monthly report is written for the person who signs the budget: what was spent, what it produced against which target, what improved, what fell short, what we changed, who owes what and the plan for next month. PDF in your reporting currency and date format; English and Turkish today.
- Executive summary first, detail after
- Versioned and immutable once published
- Metric definitions printed with the numbers
